Visit the Grand Filon mine in Saint Georges des Hurtières
This site is an authentic testimony to the singularity of Alpine mining and the evolution of ore extraction and transport techniques over the centuries.
An interesting visit on the access roads of the miners and underground in the iron mine to discover among other things the integral black.
In addition, the visit to these two sites allowed the students to make a link with the course on crystals in science education.
