The Austrian, Cypriot and Dutch students visited our school, Putaan koulu, in Tornio in February 2019.

The programme consisted of different exercises and lessons at school and some field trips to the surrounding areas.

We had, for example, home economics, PE, music and arts at school and we visited The Snowcastle in Kemi and Pilke science centre in Rovaniemi as well as a Toy museum and Music institute here in Tornio.

The theme of the week was Being offline, and thus we created new ways to spend time with friends, during breaks, for example.
