We started the second day with official welcome at school
and guided tour around the school
Then we continued with the practical activity. The students worked in international teams and they harvested the olives from oliva trees.
This activity allowed the to know the rules of olives harvesting.
The second activity of this day was the visit of the local family company in which the extra virgin olive oil is produced.
This company started its production in the last century.
In the afternoon the students in their international teams started to prepare the salads from the crops which Italian school grew in their raised beds in the first project year.
The important part of the whole activity was to record the process of salad preparing which they will use for their main output - eMagazine.
