4th day

  • The fourth day of the short - term exchange of the groups of the pupils was very uniqe for students and teachers as well.

We started this day with excursion on Spanish fields. Onions, potatoes, artichokes and even tiger nuts were grown.

It was very unusual to see some green on fields in February for German and Slovak participants!

Thanks to our guides we could explore the typical Spanish agriculture with their growing technologies and different irrigation system.

Visiting of Horchata factory allowed us to see the places for other processing of tiger nuts and tasted typical national non - alcoholic drink called Horchata.

Students could also prepare this drink by their own. The recipe is very easy, you just need tiger nuts, water and sugar.

There is a short presentation from Thursday's activities
