Dear all,
We are happy to say, we succeeded in organizing the meeting of our students on Malta on 9th - 13th May 2022. Our students of schools of Spain, Malta and Czech Republic spent a wonderful week together in Victoria, the capital of Gozo island, visiting the medieval citadella of Victoria, the historic centre of the capital of Malta Valletta and the prehistoric temple of Ggantija. We had a wonderful time enjoying the Maltese culture within a craft workshop, cooking a typical maltese cuisine, exploring the cultural heritage of Malta. There was a full set of activities connected with the cultural heritage of Malta and the European citizenship. The Dannish teachers came for the job shadowing and were able to join us in some activities too.
Unfortunately, it was our last meeting with students but there are still some activities to share! After visiting so many amazing places, our students will compete in a photo competition for 12 most beautiful photos of the visited places. The winning photos will be used to create a calendar which will be sold before Christmas in our schools and raised money will be given to a charity organizations.

Dear all,
We are happy to say, we succeeded in organizing the meeting of our students in Spain on 25th - 29th April 2022. Our students of schools of Spain, Malta and Czech Republic spent a wonderful week together in Madrid, visiting the historic centre of Madrid with its amazing Prado gallery and the UNESCO medieval towns of Toledo and Alcalá de Henares and exploring the cultural heritage of Spain. There was a full set of activities connected with the cultural heritage of Spain and the European citizenship. We could also attend some lessons of the school and enjoy some sports activities. The Dannish teachers came for the job shadowing and were able to join us in some activities too.
Very soon, we are going to enjoy another meeting with students!

Dear students and teachers,
We are proud to say, we succeeded in organizing the teacher training in Denmark which replaced the originally planned meeting with students in Vordinborg (not possible due to Covid rules). On 21st - 25th March 2022, teachers of all participating schools had a training in Vordingborg, Denmark about Drop-out prevention system of the Dannish school and we also had the opportunity to observe many lessons of the school (job shadowing of teachers of the school). Dannish school shared their good practices on the topics and teaching methods and we could also see some of the places originally planned to be visited with students.

Dear all,
We are happy to say, we succeeded in organizing the meeting of our students in the Czech Republic. On 14th - 18th March 2022, students of schools of Spain, Malta and Czech Republic spent a wonderful week together in Náchod, the Czech Republic, visiting the castle of Náchod, the monastery of Broumov, the complex of rural buildings in Grandmother´s Valley and the historic heart of Prague exploring the cultural heritage of the Czech Republic. There was a full set of activities connected with the cultural heritage of the Czech Republic and the European citizenship, e. g. we met the mayor of Náchod who gave us a beautiful speech about the importance of being a European citizen. The Dannish teachers came for the job shadowing and were able to join us in some activities too.
Very soon, we are going to enjoy other meetings with students!

Dear students and teachers,
We are happy to say, we succeeded in organizing the teacher training in the Czech Republic. On 15th - 17th November 2021, teachers of all participating schools had a training in Náchod, the Czech Republic about Drop-out prevention. We shared our good practices on the topic and you can find results of our training in the section of Dropping out prevention on our webpages.
We also used the opportunity to meet each other to talk about the possibilities how to continue with our project within Covid pandemia. Unfortunately, corona virus and strict Covid pandemia restrictions complicated our plans and travel possibilities. Because of all the Covid restrictions, the Danish school can not travel with students and only teachers can travel to teachers trainings and job shadowings. Also terms of all other meetings had to be postponed to the time when we can safely travel again. Therefore, new terms of our meetings (without the Danish students unfortunately) were settled and hopefully, we can travel on the new dates as follows:
January 2022 - Denmark (only teachers) - Teacher training of dropping out prevention + job shadowing
14th -18th March 2022 - Cultural heritage of the Czech Republic (with students)
25th -29th April 2022 - Cultural heritage of Spain (with students)
9th – 13th May 2022 - Cultural heritage of Malta (with students)

Dear students and teachers,
We are happy to announce you that we can finally continue with our project! On November 15-17, 2021, teachers of all participating schools will meet in the Czech Republic to have a teacher training about dropping out prevention and we will use the opportunity to settle new terms of our meetings with students!
Hopefully, covid will enable us to visit all the cultural heritage places and meet new cultures and make new friends in Denmark, Czech Republic, Spain and Malta! Being a part of European Union is great!

Our trips to Denmark, Malta and the Czech Republic had to be postponed because of the corona virus crisis but don´t worry, we will travel as soon as the situation allows us to travel safely!
In the meantime, please continue keeping in touch via eTwinning or social networks with your new friends from the partner schools! You can also work together on your mini-projects (assignments) in eTwinning!

Teachers' training of the use of ICT tools in Madrid
At the end of October 2019, the coordinators and teachers of all partner schools met in the partner school of IES Turina, Madrid to have a training of the use of ICT tools necessary for our project. We learned how to use eTwinning and TwinSpace and many other usefull tools and now we are ready to start working on our project!
