    A healthy and balanced diet helps maintain or improve one's overall health.

    A good diet provides the body with the essential nutrients: fluid, essential amino acids, proteins1, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and enough calories. A healthy diet can be satisfied by a variety of foods of plant or animal origin. It provides the necessary energy without exposing to toxicity or excessive weight gain due to excessive consumption. A balanced diet (in addition to sport) is also important to reduce health risks, such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

    1- Definition

    Health food are natural foods without artificial ingredients wich people buy because they consider them to be good for them.
    Healthy food is the opposite of junk food.

    2- My opinion
    For me, a healthy and balanced diet helps to maintain or improve your overall health. A good diet provides the body with essential nutrients.
    Junk food quickly became global.

    3- If you want to start eating healthy food
    Here a list of few aliments who are healthy :
    -vegetables such as carrots, tomato...
    -fruit like apples, watermelon, pear, strawberry...
    You must buy real and fresh food.
    Eating fresh fruits and vegetables can reduce the chance of getting cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

    For Healthy food, you don't have specific aliments to buy, just buy some different type of food: Meat, eggs, chicken, vegetables... Just don't eat too much of each, and, of course, don't eat too salty, too sweet and too fast.You can buy bio aliments and go to the little commercants.
