HACKATHON "A roadmap for goal-achievement" 

Since the subtopic of the last mobility is self-awareness and goal achievement, we designed a learning process in the form of a virtual competition.

During the first day, in mobility-students are meant to familiarize with the Classcraft platform, the onlline tools and get to know their teammates, carrying out simple ice-breaking activities.

• Reminder of what emotional intelligence is and its main elements: Emotionally skilled activity

 "In what situation did you use your emotional skills? Provide an example"

• Preparation for teamwork by reflecting on the most suitable EI skills for collaboration (EI domains and competences), and focusing on the strengths and weaknesses of each team member: "Plus&Minus" activity

The second day is dedicated to accomplish the task, as requested by the competition notice. The students, working in group and using the knowledge previously acquired, dig deeper into the topic and in the GROW analysis.

• During the virtual mobility we celebrated the International Mother Earth Day with "A green heart" activity: Show your love for Nature and take a selfie with a plant.

During the third day, students have to complete the Classcraft objectives and submit the final works...

... from time to time being "disturbed" by something unexpected:

• random events: "Mutant words"- Write the anagram next to the given words

• Finally, with the "Rising and shooting stars: two stars and a wish" activity the students have to evaluate the whole Hackathon
