Using famous paintings we will go a bit deeper into working on visual literacy

Grades 5, 6
the students and their teachers focused on the famous painting: "The Fall of Faeton" by Rubens based on a greek myth which explains the birth of the Milky Way. After the work at school they visited the local observatory to learn about telescopes and the space.
Grades 3, 4 focused on VanGogh's "Starry Night" and produced their own versions of the painting
