    9/2017

    An eTwinning project “Baltic Sea Forum” is started.

    All partners are invited, links to this site and information on the project is put on the homepages of all schools.

    The heads of school are interviewed on their expectations and hopes connected to the project.

    Questionnaires on gender equality, freedom of speech and health awareness are prepared and uploaded on the eTwinning site of the project to become available for all schools.

    In subject lessons students discuss the core values “gender equality, freedom of expression and health awareness”. They fill in questionnaires, evaluate the results and devise information sheets which are translated into English if necessary, sent to all partners and displayed on eTwinning and on wall displays in all schools.

    In arts lessons students discuss the project idea and create logos and mottos for the project which are displayed on eTwinning.

    The national project teams meet. The participants of the transnational meeting are chosen. A motto and logo is chosen. Questions for the assessment questionnaires are assembled and sent to the Swedish school.

    Self-assessment sheets for the students on their attitude towards gender equality, freedom of speech and health awareness are made, forwarded to all partners and uploaded to eTwinning. Evaluation sheets for the transnational meeting C1 are also made. The project is presented to the teachers, the parents of the participants, the student councils and others interested during an open day.

    One project coordinator from each country joins in a skype conference on the management of the project.

    10/2017

    The participants of the transnational project meeting fill in self-assessment sheets on their attitude towards gender equality, freedom of speech and health awareness . They upload profiles of themselves on eTwinning. They acquire some basic knowledge on children's rights/human rights .

    Europass Mobility documents are applied for. Suggestions for entries on activities and skills are written.

    After having examined the presentations on gender equality, freedom of speech and health awareness of all the schools every national student group develops suggestions on three methods/types of teaching material (role play, pantomime, film, short story, etc.) and publishes their suggestion on eTwinning. All national groups select representatives who establish first contacts by social media of their choice. The national groups set up a preliminary list of materials, props and IT equipment they need for making the teaching materials. These lists are sent to the country hosting the transnational project meeting. The students prepare getting-to-know activities and a contribution for an evening of cultural exchange.

    The transnational meeting is planned (Provision of materials, visit to local institutions, etc.). A detailed programme is sent to the partner schools.

    11/2017

    C1 - In November 2017 six students from each country meet in Germany and form three different thematic project groups (gender equality, freedom of speech and health awareness ). In their groups they agree on what aspects they want to deal with, what teaching materials they want to create and who is to be in which methodological group. Teachers from all the partner schools assist the different groups. The results of the groups are presented at the host school. The local press is invited. Europass Mobility certificates are issued to the participants. Evaluation questionnaires are filled in.

    During C1 the project teams from all schools meet and discuss project management issues.

    A file with photos and documentation of the workshops and their results is assembled, published on eTwinning and made available to all partners.

    The national students teams meet and evaluate C1. The student questionaires that were filled in after the workshop week are evaluated. The results are put on eTwinning.

    Students interview the student councils at their school on their tasks and activities placing special emphasis on activities related to the themes of the project. They prepare information sheets which are exchanged and presented at all schools and on eTwinning.

    The presentation of the project on the homepages of all schools is updated.

    Questionnaires on relationships, minorities and refugees and the environment are prepared and uploaded on the eTwinning site of the project to become available for all schools.
