To create a good and effective material, first we needed to know the real needs of refugees and immigrants. To get this information, we visited some NGOs and institutions that work with immigrants. In the Spanish institution students also needed to gather information about the resources and facilities in Badajoz, so that they could provide the most useful information in their materials.
