Minutes of Meeting during student visit to Montarnaud

  • Mobilities

     

    Peterlee:

    • Monday 3rd till the 7th of October
    • 2 teachers, 4 students
    • Broomley Grange (dormitories, English team supervises the students)
    • All students and teachers can stay together (seperate dormitories)
    • Outdoor activities arranged by Broomley Grange
    • Program:

    Orienteering-tour (walking)

    Tree climbing

    Biking

    Canoeing or abseiling (tyrolienne)

     

    Maastricht:

    • 8th till the 13th of May 2017 or 1 week later. To be confirmed later by the Dutch
    • Arrivalday on Saturday 6th or Sunday 7th: guest families will not be available due to vacation in the week before.
    • 10 pupils per country
    • Italy doesn’t want to do another mobility due to too many mobilities during 2016/2017
    • All other countries would like to finish the project with pupils (Spanish, French and Dutch agree, English would like to come but will confirm later)
    • Finance: we have to investigate how to finance this mobility. Transferring money (by changing the application) from other parts of the project (for example: intellectual output) could be an option. This is an option for France. Because French teachers are not aloud to be payed extra fees they want to transfer the “intellectual output”-money to be able to do the mobility. For other countries it’s maybe different. Make sure you get agreement from your own national agency before you start preparing the mobility. The French team has to ask their national agency because they are coordinator.

     

    English team:

    • They have to do another mobility because their Italian mobility does not count due to traveling days.

     

    Last meeting to disseminate the project

    • Host: Montarnaud
    • All countries have to check how many transnational meeting-mobilities you have used.
    • If possible you can bring 2 students (ambassadors)
    • Dates: 7th till 9th of June 2017. All countries have to confirm
    • Ian will share his knowledge and experience about dissemination of a project.
    • Program:

    Bilateral mobilities (proposal and to be confirmed later)

    • France to Spain: 2nd or 3rd week of March 2017
    • Spain to France: 24th till the 29th of April
    • France to Italy: 12th till the 16th of December 2016
    • Italy to France: 27th till 31st of March 2017

     

    Transnational meeting to prepare final report and dissemination event:

    • France will ask if it is possible to use not-used mobilities for another transnational meeting for only coordinators (Barcelona?)
    • Only a short meeting (2 or 3 days)
    • 1 working day to make the final report
    • 1 day in preparing the final event in June 2017 Montarnaud (dissemination)

     

    General topics

     

    Intellectual output

    • App (final product)
    • Brochures
    • GPS for the project
    • Would you like to use this money for intellectual output or do you want to transfer the money to do a mobility?

     

    Etwinning/Twinspace

    • If you have done any action for the project write a sentence in the teachers bulletin.
    • It is a working document. All information and work which is done for the project should be on the Twinspace. Iancan help everyone with putting things on the Twinspace. All teachers should just write some commends when they have done some work for the project and tell Ian that you have uploaded something.
    • The Twinspace will be closed when the project finishes.

     

    App

    • The app will stay for a couple of years.
    • All products (circuits, tasks) should be on the app.
    • No teaching material

     

    Evaluation

    • Spain will show France how to see the results of the evalution forms.
    • Parents are really glad with the project. Let’s try to ask their opinion and suggestions.
    • Dutch will create a proposition for evaluation for parents (not for seeing the progress), language and ICT skills.

     

    Teaching material

    • Everybody has to create teaching material/lesson plans/lessons
    • Put them on the Twinspace
    • Really necessary for your national agency
    • Bilateral meeting between Spain and France: main goal is to do activities based on lessons/subject topics/curriculum.

     

    Battipaglia October 2015

    • In order to pay the expenses for the mobility in October the Italian school has to send the bill to each partner along with amount and bank information (IBAN/BIC). Please add that we have to pay within 2 weeks.

     

    Finances/Report

    • Email from the French financial administrator that every country should bring the original invoices from the 2015. Because the French are coordinator they have to have the original invoices. This is because of the official controllers.
    • Every country will scan all the invoices from 2016 and put them in a folder. Send it to the French partner (Nicolas)
    • Approval from the second intermediate report was send to the French. It was in French so that’s why it was not send yet. France will send it ASAP.
    • The 2nd part of the project money was transferred to the French partner. It will be send to the other partners ASAP by France. Except to the UK where the French NA have said money has to be looked after by French. UK accepted but will query with French NA
    • France will check if the final report is different or the same as the intermediate report.

     

    Peterlee 2016

    • Every country keeps on improving their final product and work. Maybe shortly introduce their work which has been done so far. But this is not agreed on.
