Group 2: Mental Health and Well-being:
- Research various methods of relaxation from Mindfulness colouring books to yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. Is mental health and well-being even important? Should we focus purely on the visible conditions?
- Research among peers / online the times in a year that students are reaching their highest levels of stress.
- Are we creating an overly stressful world? Are school environments causing more mental health illnesses and disorders.
- Create a “ how to” guide
