  • Topic 2: Identity, Health and Well-being

    This workshop week was designed by our students, who had a keen interest in sport, mental health issues affecting youths and overall well-being. Students wanted to explore the idea of stress management and various methods of alleviating things like exam stress. This allowed a more active approach with things liek Yoga, HIIT workouts and mindfulness breathing techniques.

     

    Identity has become an important part of a young person's life: Who am i? What do I want to do with my life? etc Working with other nations has added further questions and created more curiosity. Our workshop week hopes to show individual cultural identity for each nation, personal identities but also unearth the similarities between us. Fusion cooking is big on our agenda!
