​In the age of imperialism Britain ruled over large parts of the world and consituted a large empire the traces of which can still be found today, not least in the use of English as the world's lingua franca. Students taking history lessons in English at GBN took a look at the history of some of these colonies, i.e. South Africa, Australia and Kenya for example, and produced the presentations you can find here.
