We brought seeds to our class. The children worked diligently for the flower garden. Tema Foundation sent the thyme seeds for the bees. All my students became TEMA FOUNDATION volunteers. With this activity, children will make observations and see the growth rate of the plants, the need for sunlight and water. We linked it with the science lesson and planted seeds for the World Day.

We planted seeds in our classroom for Earth Day.We will water them and grow them. We put our plants where the sun is seeing. We will observe how they grow.
We plan to grow plants with thyme, bean, and chickpea seeds in our class and leave them to nature.
My 5 D pupils and I weed up the garden and planted some mint and rosemary seedlings that the bees like so much. We also put some seedlings in a jar that we brought to class.

We worked hard for Earth Day. We became a volunteer member of the Tema Foundation and distributed badges and membership cards to children. Also, because all my class members promised to protect the Earth, a plaque named THIS CLASS IS THEME VOLUNTEER was presented to our class on behalf of the entire class.
