Dear students,
today (31st March) teachers met online to record the second draw for each of the 4 international groups. It was great to meet together. We shared the great challenging experience we got from your collaborative work.
You are 😎 awesome, many of you exceeded our expectations. We hope you enjoyed the online meetings like we did. You can share your impressions in the discussion at the bottom of this page.
The bunch reports with arguments and vocabulary are so good that it will be a pity not to publish them as an e-book ! We are inviting you to this process using the bookcreator on this page: ebook creator - instructions
In this 2nd draw each of you were drawn the premise (proposition or opposition) and now you have some time to think about this premise because soon we will ask you to prepare the individual 5 minutes long speech.
Find out which is your premise in the following videos:
2nd draw for the 1st international group
2nd draw for the 2nd international group
2nd draw for the 3rd international group
2nd draw for the 4th international group
2nd draw for 4th international group bunch 40
and documents:
1st international group
2nd international group
3rd international group
4th international group
You do not have to prepare the speech yet, but start to think about its outline and structure. Study the materials you prepared in the bunch. Take some time to stay in touch with your bunch friends and have a chat or meeting to get to know each other better. Think about your premise and the draft of your speech till 7th April.
Check the page: "How to give a good speech?" In this page teachers share with you some experience, advice and instructions on how to write and prepare a well structured speech. There are also instructions on where you should record your individual speech. Teachers prepared the platform where you will upload and share the recordings of the speeches - flipgrid.
It is a great webtool and we will work with it in the following stages of the project.
Let's put it all together:
1. Think about your premise and the draft of your speech till 7th April.
2. Add your bunch' report, arguments and vocabulary to the e-book.
3. Check the page How to give a good speech?
