Dear Students,
First of all, thanks for your active participation for the students' poll, nearly all of you submitted votes for choosing the issues you like the most and you would like to learn about more in the further stages of the project. Here are the selected issues:
Teachers in the project met up online and drew lots for determining the issues of the 4 students of international bunches, you can find out the issues you'll deal with after watching the videos carefully:
1st draw for the 1st international group (bunches 1-10):
2nd draw for the 2nd international group (bunches 11-20):
3rd draw for the 3rd international group (bunches 21-30):
4th draw for the 4th international group (bunches 31-40):
From now on, get ready to communicate and collaborate with your 3 international bunch partners.
You should know to which of the 4 international groups and which of the 40 bunches you belong. (You can always find that out in the page: Groups & Bunches.)
Get in touch with your 3 other bunch partners via their TwinSpace profiles. You can find them in the Members section.
Remember their names and nationalities. You can note it down somewhere :)
Update your profile if you haven't yet.
Go to the TwinSpace profiles of your partners and leave them a message. You can ask questions like: What is the first activity you are going to do when Corona is over? What are positive aspects of Corona, e.g. getting up late. Through TwinSpace messages / Twin mails you can discuss the nickname of your bunch :)
To receive notifications about messages from your partners you should change the settings in your own profile. Click on the Support button at the bottom of the TwinSpace page or ask your teacher for help.
Try to get in touch this week from 8th till 12th March 2021.
The following video will help you about this week's tasks.
When you will be in contact with your bunch you should start the international collaboration in page COLLABORATIVE WORK OF STUDENTS.
Here are the duties you will work on in the collaborative stage with your bunch:
1. Write a report about two drawn issues (Reports should contain facts about both of the issues (200 words at least together)
2. Make a list of at least 3 arguments 'for' and 3 arguments 'against'
3. Prepare and share a list of useful vocabulary.
