We are a medium school with 300 students (from 13 to 16 years old). There are 50 teachers working at the school.

We are located in the south of Norway, 70 km from Kristiandsand and 120 km from Stavanger. Lyngdal ungdomsskole is situated in an area with some unemployment rate. The school building in rater new. The city as recently merged with a nearby city and are now about 10000 inhabitants.

Our school has for many years participated in international projects like Comenius and North Plus. We have not taken part in Erasmus before.

We have a good sciencelab where we can do lots of experience depending on the topic.
