The pupils of the 1st class of the scientific high school IIS fermi produced this work in the context of the traditional regional recipes of Campania. The pupils have a recipe for a typical Neapolitan dessert that is used to prepare for the Christmas holidays. The purpose of the work was to bring the children closer to local traditions and to relate the dosage of the ingredients to the caloric ratio of the foods in order to study a healthy diet.
