LEMON BALM LIMONADE

RECIPE FOR OUR LIMONADE:
fresh leaves of lemon balm
clear water
honey
fresh lemon juice
for better taste we added a little orange juice
HOW TO DO IT:
fresh leaves of lemon balm and water mixed together
next add fresh lemon juice and honey
You can add orange juice
READY TO DRINK!
If you want to drik a cold limonade, you can take it to fridge for few minutes.

ELDERBERRY LEMONADE RECIPE

What you’ll need:

10 flowes elderberry
1 lemon
1 orange
2 tablespoons honey

Put washed flowers, lemon and orange cut into slices, 2 tablespoons of honey in a glass, pour water, close the cup with gauze. Let stand for 24 hours.
We strain in bottle. 

ELDERBERRY  syrup

We made herbal oil from daisies - helps with skin problems
and primroses - helps with rheumatism, joint pain

Honey with coltsfoot

The children watched the coltsfoot move in the honey
