4. Exploring our personal heritage

  • The second phase of the project was focused on challenging students to (re)discover their own "personal heritage" and share it with others.

    To provide a framework for this, given that the vocational courses in the different schools connect in this and that cuisine is a big part of the culture of the three countries in the project, they were ask to collect and share family heritage by writing down receipes and then doing a video/ppt presenting them.

    In order to enhance English learning, they were also provided with a recipe template reinforcing question words and other vocabulary and a worksheet to research the vocabulary in their recipes. An example was also created to encourge their work.
