12.-MINDFULNESS IN OUR PROJECT

  •

An oceanic coordinator in every team adds a comment that the rest of their colleagues want to bring to the group in the forum, after practising a silent Mindfulness session while listening to the sound of the sea in the background and slowly asking these questions.

    Share your feelings.

When practising Mindfulness in front of the sea, how do you feel. Write a post to share with us all

    Mindfullness and thalassotherapy

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. It’s long been said that the sea has healing qualities. Thalassotherapy gets its name from the Greek word “thalassa,” meaning sea or ocean. The therapy involves the use of seawater, and the salty ocean climate to improve overall health and well-being.
