For the last working day, France decided to take their partners around, to show them how culturally wealthy the area was.

So in the morning, the whole delegation went to Collioure for a stroll on the path of fauvism, following the steps of famous painters such as Matisse and Derain.

The previous days and activities have tied solid bonds of friendship, so the delegation asked the guide to immortalize the day!

After a delicious lunch in Collioure, we headed to Paulilles, where we visited the workshop of the catalan boats.

And we also visited the Nobel factory of dynamite, and the beautiful gardens of the director.

Finally, we discovered the professional highschool of Argelès, where students learn how to cook.

We finished the day with dinner taken in the school restaurant where students take everything in charge : the cooking and the waitering.

It was the end of a beautiful day, but the beginning of a great adventure!

Everything was settled, serious work could begin with the students of all countries collaborating!
