Bence Dékány and me have questioned two people, Karsa Kiss and Dániel Zoltán Katona. Our  interview consisted of ten question and each of the two interviews  took eight minutes.

Karsa Kiss, who finished his studies as a Nature Conservation Engineer,  decided a long time ago (when he was only a child) to became a professional car mechanic  since he was always a big fan of motors, cars and engines.

In our short conversation he introduced himself and answered our curious questions. Bence and me asked a wide range of questions  about his life, his trade and his way of thinking  for instance: ’Why did you choose this trade (car mechanic)?’ ’ What do you think, if the cars are developing  then you have to improve yourself too?’ ’Do you think it will be hard to make a permanent enterprise since there are lots of older and more experienced rivals?’ etc.

He answered all of our questions and some of them were extremely unique. When we asked our last question that referred to his futuristic enterprise he said ’Well yes, nowadays it is hard to stand out and quickly convince everybody that ’I am your man’, but I also think  if someone persistent and determined enough, he will be able to reach the top of his abilities and become a reliable and qualified person and not just in his job but also in his life.’.

Karsa also  told us  his hidden hobby which is motorcycling. He said that  ’I would become a professional racer, too in my life”.

Dániel Zoltán Katona is self-employed, and is an agricultural engineering assistant. After university he took up a job at his family business, but now he is trying to stand on his own feet, creating and developing his own businesses.

He told us, that it is really important to be somewhat ”aggressive” on the market, otherwise it is almost impossible to prevail, as there will be always someone, that is more ”aggressive” than you, and you will miss opportunities.

He thinks that if someone is ambitious enough and has the endurance, they will find a way to make their livings. He also suggested  that it is important to learn something that we are interested in, because in the long run, it will need too much effort to work on a field that we don’t like, so it is the best to have a job, that is more like a hobby or is interesting for the person.

He claimed that studying at higher education is really useful, because it provides a lot of acquaintances, who you can work with in the future and who can help you. He mentioned that even if he did not like all parts of being an employee at his family business he could learn and experience a lot.

To tell you the truth it was stunning to see how dynamic and determined were these two young adults. We truly hope that they will reach the top of their dreams.

We interviewed  Andrea Magyarné Ficzere, who is a Biology and PE teacher. When she was a high school student, she admired her PE teacher, who showed a real role model therefore Andrea had gladly chosen the teacher career. When she was young, she had some problems with teaching, for example in discipline then she thought about why she had chosen this career. However, she got more experience and her opinion changed, naturally in the good direction. In her point of view, teaching isn’t boring since almost everything changes, such as the students or the teaching method. As a result, a teacher must change with the World and the generations together. Be determined in this work, but sometimes is impossible. The reason is, why she had chosen Biology and PE, because these are her favourite ones. In the end, Andrea told us about her best experience, which happened on a class trip and it was very funny.
