Suleyman  Demirel Anatolian High School (SDAL) which is located in the Sincan District of Ankara; the capital of Turkey, is one of the oldest and most important school of the city. It was established in 1992. Our teachers and administration are committed to helping each individual student to become the best he or she is capable of becoming.

There are nearly 870 students and 55 staff including management, teachers and working personnel. We have 8 hours lessons per day. It has a wide range of curricula involving English, German, History, Geography, Turkish and English Literature, Art, R.E., P.E., ICT, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Philosophy, Music, Democracy and the Human Rights… We are passionate about supporting every student to achieve their full academic potential, whilst developing our students into responsible, mature and confident young people.

The School building contains 27 classrooms, Chemistry and Physics labs, ICT lab, gym, library, music and art classes, canteen, conference and assembly hall ,staff rooms .There are smart boards with internet connections in the classrooms and all of the students and teachers have tablet PCs in which all the materials-annual plans, eBooks and source materials-are loaded for each person. SDAL is the place for warmth, friendship and working together.

Social activities are very important for us. There’re music, theatre and dance clubs. They work hard and prepare shows for special days. Inside the school building you can see the examples of modern and traditional art which are painted by our students. During the school year students have basketball, volleyball, table tennis, football and chess tournaments. It has lots of medals and achievements.

Since 1992, Suleyman Demirel Anatolian High School has been realized with experienced administrators and teachers in many different branches in our organization. Our school is a highly successful, innovative school. It has experience about planning issues such as arranging meetings, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and concerts. It took part in several National and International projects.
