In all the partner school we read the book  The lighthouse keeper's lunch. 

The story is simple and, even if there are some difficult words, it is possible to understand for all the students.

Teachers stop the reading when the problematic situation is clear. 

They ask " How can the lighthouse keeper have his lunch?" 

Then pupils work in group to plan a solution.

The phases of the activity follow the problem solving approach.
