  • Task3: Collaborative story

     

    Students will collaborate on a shared Google Slide to write a story about how covid19 has affected and changed the way we are living.

    The story for all schools will start like this:

    We didn't pay attention at first. Why should we? Is was so far away from our countries. Somewhere in China, I think a place called Wuhan. But then, everything changed..."

    students will describe their own reality of how their lives were changed by the coronavirus so each school can organize its work and add it at any time to the collaborative Google slides. It will be easier that way.

    Synchronous teaching, working on our collaborative StoryTelling "And then there was Covid-19"

    The students worked on a shared Google Doc in order to create their own part of the story. When they will complete their story,they will add it to the collaborative Google Slide. They had a lot of fun especially with finding which animal (google docs avatar) was who!

    My students finished our part of a common story.

    We organized the writing of our collaborative story with my students. For this, we did online lessons with my students using the Zoom application. In this online lesson, everyone said his opinion. Finally we decided to work with google slides for our collaborative story.

    Sychronous teaching for the collaborative Storytelling for Covid-19 with Katerina Charamousou and our eTwinners!
    We all shared our experiences of the CoronaVirus quarantine and wrote them down on a Google doc while Ms Katerina was helping our students to translate in English!

    We have finished our collaborative story and added it to google slides. It was a good activity to write a story about Covid19 process. My students felt better to write something about this process.

    Our part of the collaborative storytelling about how students experienced the lockdown period, is completed!. Initially, we used a Google doc within our synchronous teaching, for our students to write down their thoughts! With the precious help of our English teacher Stella Panta, the translation in English was done and finally the presentation is ready! The respective presentation is available in the Pages section, April-May Covid-19 TASKS, Covid-19 Storytelling !
