The students of the St2 class of the 2nd P.S of Nea Eryhtraia, had a little surprise for their friends. After creating their Christmas Cards with electical circuits, they created a electrical circuit to simulate how a computer uses bits and bytes, as they had learned in the first months of this project (How Computers Work). This way, they learned with experiments how a computer use the binary code to represent all the characters. It was also an introduction to the KBytes, MBytes, GBytes and TBytes.

With this electrical circuits, they coded in binary code, 3 words and asked they friends to Break the Code! 

Not only the partners' schools but also the St'1 and St'3 classes of our school took part on this challenge and managed to break the code.

A.I in our lives, Internet of Thing, Big Data.

We used the wakelet "AI in our Lives" to watch videos and talk about the applications of Artificial Intelligence and the impact on our daily tasks. Next week ., a student of the St2 class will present us how he uses Alexia at home. We also did some experiments with Google Assistant asking it to tell us a jock, to answer to questions like how is the weather.
