  • Online-meeting in Cyprus

    Learning/teaching/training activity C 6 was planned to be be organized in Cyprus, March 31 - April 3, 2020. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 lockdowns it was impossible to organize the learning/teaching activity in Cyprus. So, it was organized as an online activity  C 8 on October 7 - 10, 2020.

    The following  activities were carried out:

    * students presented the gastronomic treasures of their countries

    * an online  booklet of international recipes were presented

    * each school chose 3 of the recipes from the booklet to change them as QR codes and  translate them in their native language

    * the planned international cooking festival was replaced by creating short videos on Christmas cooking in each country.

    All the planned activities during the meeting in Cyprus had corresponded to the themes of domestic science curriculum at school.

    During the activity C8 the participants :

    * learned about the gastronomic treasures of the partner countries

    * presented the gastronomic treasures of their countries

    * created QR code materials which will be able to use in teaching about national food of the partner countries

    * video filmed how Christmas food is cooked in their countries.
