The teachers participating in the project have used every possibility that cloud services and Internet technologies provide us. Among those used are Google Drive, messaging apps like Threema, email and Google Hangouts.

The global monitoring of the project was carried out by the coordinating school, on one hand, and each schools had its own coordinators to manage the project inside their school,on the other hand. There have been a continuous contact by different media such us email, instant messaging (Threema) and during the meetings.

• We agreed a format to inform the coordinator school about the work agreements: each partner school had to send a notification mail that has filled in this document: Report about Work Agreements  
• On the other hand, in order to notify the coordinator school that an activity have been done, the partner school must send a notification mail that has filled this other document: Report about Activities
• Dissemination is a important part of the project. Schools upload their dissemination activities to the page "Dissemination" by using this document: Report about dissemination .
