Harbours' History

  • All the existent harbours that we have in our cities, in Greece, Azerbaijan and Catania-Italy have a long history. Of course they weren't created yesterday...They were constructed many many years ago and throughout all these years lots of changes have happened to declare that they are active landmarks full of life.

     Trawlers, harbours and fishing communities, one of Europeana's galleries will help us start this journey to the past.

    What do you see in these photos?
