    Dear all,

     

    First of all, I would like to thank you for being successfull in this application.

    Now it’s time to work! It is just the beginning.

    Now that we have been selected, I guess that you have signed the contract with the EU and will receive 80% of your grant.

    We need a logo for our project. We can launch a contest for it: so the students can develop their artistic skills. The choice can be done during the first International Meeting with Students.

     

     

    Teachers meeting.

    We agreed we meet in October at Riva del Garda. Is everyone still OK with that? I suggest a meeting from the 15th to the 16th of October. 2 days are enough I think (we need 1 day for the trip).

    Welcoming, presentation of each other, quick overview of our generalities and peculriaties of our national curricula;  2 h
    Agreement on the order of International Weeks with students, the specific dates (year 1? Year 2? Season…) 1 h

    Also the goals to reach, the outcomes and the way we can develop an interesting meeting with the students. 2 h
    We can also provide each other with accommodation (hotel, youth hostel, pensions, buses, metro…) including if possible the BIC number (for money transfer) 1,5 h

    The draft program of second mobility in France (we have it in application but we could have new ideas.) 1 h

    I strongly suggest we exchange our timetables. Here is mine. I plan to work with the group of 16 years old (11th grade). We have a course on Mondays afternoon after the break (15h35 to 17h25).
