1. Preparation phase before 2019 September
We have started working together far before the actual project start.
We opened a twinspace project website in December 2018. Besides email, skype meeting and personal discussions we used this portal as main commutation platform during the project work.

We started an intensive cooperation with the participants of all the four schools using emails, skype conferences and twinspace posts.
Beside that the Romanian and the Hungarian project leaders had bilateral meeting in Budapest in August 2019. During this meeting we agreed on our plans in advanced.
2. Project meeting for teachers
There was a three days long successful personal project meeting in Riva del Garda with the hospitality of the Italian school.
Two participant teachers traveled to Italy from each countries.
The participants agreed on schedule of the two years project, the main topics of the first two mobility meetings, the way of communication, the dissemination methods, what we can learn from each other and distributed the task between countries.
We planned the first mobility in Budapest in the middle of March 2020.

3. First mobility in Budapest
All school started the preparation for the first mobility.
The topic was the future job opportunities on healthcare, engineering and IT sectors. We planned a job fair as the main project work.
All of the school selected the participants, organized the travel and accommodation.
The students prepared fro the mobility together.
The Hungarian teachers and students created 3 task for other schools which they solved themselves too.
The students were separated into 8 international groups. The tasks should be solved per groups.
The preparation tasks were presentations, answering questions, creating and filling questionnaire.

LOGO competition
We planned to make a LOGO competition in Budapest. The students created some good works.

Beside that the school made some cultural exchange in advanced in connection with Hungarian language and the capital.
The Hungarian school with the support of other school prepared a detailed program fro the mobility weeks.
Project works, cultural events, visiting different companies (Audi Győr, Bosch Budapest), meeting with experts.
In the last minute the mobility has to be cancelled. First the Italian school then the French, finally the Romanian school resigned the traveled because of Corona virus situation.
Meanwhile the Hungarian school was not allowed the host any foreign students.
Consequences: The French school lost the travel and accommodation expenses, Romanian and Italian school did not lost any or much money.

4. Preparing the French mobility
The French school started to prepare the mobility. Tasks were written.
The Hungarian school chose the student participants and started to work together.

Unfortunately this mobility had to cancel too.
5. Plan for the future
We have to redesign our original plan. We agreed that we ask to extend our project time with half a year.
The new plan will be discussed in autumn 2020. We would like to have all of mobilities in the rest 1,5 year.
