    students learned how to make genuine vegetable soap in the school's chemistry lab. At the same tile other students were having a nice workshop on honey

    Market Experience

    during the traditional weekly stall market the 4 companies sold their products. Students took turns at both selling and carrying out project surveys

    meeting with community councilllors at town hall

    after the market experience students met with a town councillor and the mayor's secretary. Students also could appreciate the original turn of century Liberty style building

    Visit of Florence

    in the morning of Wednesday 29 January a few Giotto Ulivi students acted as tour guides for the rest of the guest students. Then everybody went to see Pitti Palace with the Palatine Gallery and Boboli Gardens.

    on Tuesday 28 January in the afternoon there was a fabulous pasta workshop with chef Sauro Ciani and his staff.

    Ravioli and Tagliatelle

    students learned how to mix ricotta cheese and spinach and to fill the dough and then to seal it as to obtain wonderful ravioli. They also made tagliatelle and baked a traditional Tuscan winter cake

    La Marzocco Coffee Academy

    students were led to know the story of this all Italian coffee machines factory now using its original headquarters as a museum and a workshop for cutting edge sustainable tech for coffee making

    Flash Mob

    on Thursday 30 January in the early afternoon it was possible to rehearse and per form the final verdsion of the flashmob dance based on the song jambo by Giusy Ferreri

    Analysis of Data

    On Thursday afternoon students were divided in 3 groups each working in an IT lab to analyse the data gathered with the 3 surveys at the market

    on Monday 27 January from about 6pm to 8pm students met at selected Italian houses to cook national dishes from Germany, Lithuania and Spain
