    Fizzy drinks contain a lot of things you do not really want to consume like lots of sugar or artificial sweeteners and artificial colours. Better mix your own drinks with fruit juices and mineral water.

    Metabolism

    To boost your metabolism you need to be active and eat healthy food.
    Walk every day: it's good for your body and for your mind.
    Cook your own meals with local products: it relaxes you and you will eat tasty and healthy food.
