The mobility : From March 4th to March 8th

After the ceremony all the adults voted for the logo of the project that the four partners had created with their art teacher or IT teacher before.
In multinational teams pupils had to fill in a questionnaire on the app Actionbound. The theme of the afternoon was "Observation". Thanks to the app they could write down their answers or record themselves or take photos or answer a survey. The idea was to make them work in teams, make them aware of the importance of observing and use some of the techniques learnt in the morning in situation.
The theme of the day was "The five senses". They had to fill in their well-being journals and be aware of each moment. We also worked on the theme"Joy and gratitude"
Students had to choose a postcard and write to themselves about their day and how they felt. Students received the postcard once they were back home. The idea was to encourage them to express their feelings, listen to themselves and cherish moments of joy instead of being focused on negative things.
Multinational teams worked on the creation of leaflets "manage your stress with mindfulness" using everything they learnt during the week. They did it in English and their own language. The leaflets will be displayed in each school. They worked with the librarian and the art teacher.
A break to learn how to eat mindfully ! Some of them discovered the French macaron !
In order to reinforce cooperation within each team, students played a game with the sport teacher before working on the leaflets.
Students had to focus on one sense each time and be aware of what they felt.
Time to say goodbye after a mindful week.
Each student had a well-being journal to keep track of what they did. They also found questionnaires, trackers, tips and activities in their journal. They will continue them for the next mobilities.

To receive our partners pupils have created short videos. Then we displayed the QR codes corresponding to the videos everywhere in the school and a group of students guided their partners all around the school with their smartphones and earphones. Students could ask some questions and start interact with one another.

Four workshops to practise mindfulness : meditation, sophrology, calligraphy and origami.
