Medical school "Beograd" is one of the oldest secondary vocational school in Serbia.  The school was founded in 1889 as a midwifery school. The school is attended by 1600 students. Teaching is carried out by over 140 teachers. In accordance with the needs of pedagogical theory and practice as well as in accordance with the theory of inclusive education, our school gives special contribution in the implementation of inclusive education, which makes it special in the field of vocational education. Since 1974, blind students and students with visual impairment are particularly educated at school. Each year about 15 students with visual impairments who are educated in the field of the application of physiotherapy come to our school.
