TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING

The purpose of the project`s second Transnational meeting was to collect all the data of the evaluation carried out locally in order to put them together in the impact study. Therefore, it served as the opportunity to make the final assessment of the project results, distribute duties for the final report, draw conclusions and make a sustainability plan to ensure the valorisation of the project results and their inclusion in the current school practices.

The outcomes:
The students' products, mobile apps were evaluated and offered feedback by teachers. The coursebook was also evaluated by teachers of IT from the areas of the partners and the participants presented the feedback received. The attainment of objectives was evaluated throughout the project and the results included in the impact study.
Each partner applied different questionnaires, distributed feedback forms and interpreted the data . These was the purpose of assessing the impact of the meeting .
The discussions involved:
- quantitative evaluation: the number of materials produced by students, the number of certificates of attendance, the number of Europass mobility docs that should exist in every school –part of this project;
- qualitative evaluation - through students' acquisitions , included in the Europass Mobility doc.
All the partners established that the impact of the project was :
- on students –they acquired mobile app development skills, improved professional and language skills, communication, interaction, intercultural dialogue;
- on teachers – they improved leadership skills, organisational skills and problem-solving abilities, level of English and professional skills;
- on target group – they acquired knowledge about the requirements of mobile app development, desire to start their own mobile app projects;
- on institutions - better cohesion among members of staff, positive image at local level, improvement of human and material resources, improvement of Erasmus+ project management skills.
The tasks were distributed for the completion of the final report and sustainability plans were created and approved in every partner school. The results are available for the general public on the project`s website, the conclusions of the success of the project were discussed.
Every participant to the second Transnational Meeting was handed over with the certificate of attendance, the coordinator created the meeting`s minute which was signed by all the participants.
