NOVEMBER! Time to start a new adventure , Europe is knocking at the door, so we need to open it and help Europe and the world to REDUCE waste and what is more important to help citizens to be councious of how important the act of reduce, reuse and recycle is.
We will start collaborating with the EWWR and our action will be about the topic given this year:
"Give it a new life"
Students from Alexandroupolis and Navàs will design an object made with reused material and they will give it a new function. The partners from the other country will vote the best original and creative object, so that 2 final objects will be the winners.
Each object needs an information chart with: name, material, how to do it, useful for, author. We can use a 2.0 webtool infochart like: Canva or Genially. Here is an example:
We will present the objects and the winner one on 20th and 21st November, the EWWR. Each country will make the object of its partner country too.

In the padlet below you can see all the objects created by pupils from Navas and Alexandroupoli.
Now it's your turn, dear pupils. You are invited to post a comment below its country's object and then vote for the best.
Incredible designers! Here is our final result of the action to participate in the European Week of Waste Reduction campaign.
Congratulations to all of you!!!
Now let's see which one will be the winner from each of the two countries.
All you have to do now, dear pupils, is to vote for the best from each country.
Greece votes for the best Catalan object and Catalonia votes for the best Greek.
Keep in mind that you have to give only one vote from 1 to 5 (5 is the best).
Dead line for voting is the 1st of December!!
Here are the results of the voting.

The new collection took the 2nd place
Football stadium and Organizer rolls are in the 3rd one.
CONGRATULATIONS to all of you!!!!!!
The two winners will be replied for the other country too.
As Green School, students and teachers and parents from Col·legi Sant Josep in Navàs had been involved in the EWWR during all these days. Conferences with experts, activities outside the school, and even little actions with the topic: a little step can become a giant sucess.
Pupils in grade 5, focussed on the slogan " No food waste" and prepared the recipe " Garlic soup" to demonstrate that we can eat that bread that had become dry and hard instead of throwing as a waste food.do you want to join the idea? It's easy, simple and great!
AND NOW, IT IS TIME TO DEMONSTRATE OUR LEARNING GIVING IDEAS AND OPINIONS ABOUT WHAT WE CAN REUSE, WHY AND HOW WE CAN DO IT.
The Catalan agency of EWWR sent us a diploma to thank all participants about the good actions which took place during taht week in our country.
congratulations!
