First international project meeting in Ahaus, 20/9/- 24/9/2015

Day	morning	afternoon/evening
Sunday, 20 September	- arrival of Bulgarian group - arrival of Spanish and Croatian groups, various airports	- transport to Ratshotel Ahaus - arrival of Romanians (last group) c. 16.30 - meeting at hotel 18.00 - dinner at Café Muse
Monday, 21 September	- 9.00: meeting in school visiting school - 9.30 – 12.30: first work session - lunch (cafeteria)	- 14.00 trip to Alstätte: hike in the area (c. 1 h) - 15.30: typical German coffee meal (Café Haarmühle, Alstätte) - return c. 17.30 - evening free
Tuesday, 22 September	- 9.30 – 11.15: - Shadowing teachers - 11.30 – 12.30: second work session - lunch (Chinese buffet)	- 14.00: trip by bus to Zwillbrock (natural reserve; baroque church) - 16.30 – 18.00: walking tour of Winterswijk, charming Dutch town close by - 18.30 dinner (Nudelhaus Ahaus)
Wednesday, 23 Sept	- 9.30 – 12.30: final work session - lunch (cafeteria)	- 14.00: trip to Bentheim (visit of castle, old town) - return c. 17.00 free time in Ahaus 19.30: farewell dinner (Schlosshotel Ahaus)

to fill the theoretic text of the application form with life:

to get to know the new members of the project (Croatia, Romania)
to adapt everyone’s expectations and goals
to discuss procedures for obtaining those goals
to work out a detailed work plan for the first project year
to divide responsibilities
to present everyone’s special skills with regard to the logistics of the project
to decide on procedures of selecting participating students
to plan dates of future meetings and deadline for handing in work results and products
to determine details of the work phases between meetings
to exchange ideas about dissemination
to get to know the coordinator’s country and culture
to present the coordinating country’s school and way of teaching

All of the above objectives were achieved (see evaluation form).
