    I work as a classroom teacher in a primary school with 1300 students in Izmir. I have 15 students in 2 classes. Ages 7-8 I love researching, reading, doing sports, cooking and painting. I love to travel. I write stories to raise awareness of children on climate change, environmental awareness and renewable energy. Last month, I wrote 4 stories, two of which were awarded the first prize. I love learning and teaching.     We teach first grade students who are 6 years old, and our class has a total of 26 students.
    I'm always open for projects that will help pupils build their critical thinking skills, nurture their curiosity and their ability to solve complex problems with the aim of developing attributes that will characterize them as successful students open to international experiences.

    My name is Dejana Paškvan-Žeželj, and I have been working as the principal of Elementary School Jelenje-Dražice for almost five years. Before I became the principal, I worked as a teacher of Croatian language with the students from 5th to 8th grade. I teach students that the mother tongue and its possibilities need to be learned, explored and kept. The language determines the national identity of every individual. Also, I direct students that it is important to learn other nations' languages, because in that way we connect ourselves to the rest of the world, enhance collaboration and thrive.
