El lunes 4 de julio el IES Huelin recibió la visita de Inmaculada Lozano, profesora de biología y geología del colegio San Juan de Dios La Goleta, para entregar una gran caja llena de instrumentos de escritura, ya que el IES Huelin es punto Terracycle de recogida de instrumentos de escritura. Esta iniciativa ha sido realizada a través del Plan Erasmus+ cofinanciado por la Unión Europea.

On Monday, July 4, IES Huelin was visited by Inmaculada Lozano, teacher of biology and geology, in order to deliver a large box full of writing instruments, since IES Huelin is a Terracycle collection point of writing instruments. This initiative has been carried out through the Erasmus+ Plan co-financed by the European Union.

Jueves 3 de febrero: entrega de premios a los estudiantes que han obtenido más sellos en su pasaporte verde durante el primer trimestre. Los profesores estampan sellos a los alumnos que cada día traen recipientes reutilizables tanto para la bebida como para la comida. También llevamos a cabo el pesaje de residuos en el patio, como en meses anteriores, para comprobar el progreso de la reducción de residuos.

Thursday, February 3: awards ceremony for the students who have obtained more stamps in their green passport during the first term. Teachers stamp on students’ passports every day they bring reusable containers for both drinks and food. We have also carried out the weighing of waste in the playground, as in previous months, to check the progress of waste reduction.
