Phoenix Cafe has been developed by Mick Cooper as a social enterprise within which young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds will gain skills which will enable them to move on and gain meaningful employment after their training period within the cafe. His future plans are connected with a new idea of a butcher shop called Master´s Larder based on similar principles.
