Objectives: Students will:

• learn about the big five personality models in the video, business etiquette and personal grooming,
• be able to identify the five personality models,
• get acquainted with business etiquette,
• learn how to behave in different busines situations.

Procedures: In each chapter students should:

1. review the attached materials (watch presentations and videos),
2. answer the questions in the quizes, where they will be graded.
