HOW TO USE SOLAR ENERGY IN OUR SCHOOL GARDEN??

Solar energy is the energy given off by the sun  rays.  Plants need sunlight to produce their own food by a process called photosyntesis.

Helped by those sun rays, the plants transform water, minerals from the soil and CO2 into fuel to grow.

Our students, study about the sunlight as part of our deeping in goal number 7 " Affordable and clean energy".

To do this, we have planted different kinds of vegetables in our garden and also in our classrooms all over the school, so we can experiment how plants transform this renewable  energy.

We take advantage of solar energy to cultivate wonderful herbs and veggies, such as parsley, basil, lettuce, beans...

And not only we save money but also we use clean and renewable energy and help to save the planet!!!
