Communication &Collaboration

  • Each country will develop specific tools for collecting data, analysing them and making reports, in
accordance with the assumed responsibilities. These will be confirmed during first transnational
    meeting.
Communication will be based mainly on the Internet.Teachers will be in touch through email and
videoconferencing on zoomus.monthly to encourage communication in children and other members in our school community. We will use our twinspace , e-twinning, Facebook and Twitter and we will
work with a new tool which is called “Edmodo” which is very useful to support etwinning as well.
We will have a meeting in each different partner country during the two years. We will deal with the
different activities, the evaluation of the project, solve problems, organize the learning/ teaching
activities in which children are involved, etc.
During these activities we need two teachers per country because they will be responsible for
monitoring the activities, taking care of the pupils and dealing with pupils health and safety.
The host partner will provide accommodation and information about transport to the other partners.
All schools will work to maintain enthusiasm and commitment to the project disseminating information
to all classes, parents and the wider community and encouraging the participation of all teachers and
    classes.
We are also going to to create a crisis group (2 teachers from each partner) to solve unexpected
situations, maintain sustainability, evaluation and dissemination.
Please make sure to include all project meetings, events and activities
