  • Films you should watch

    Films I recommend- Alessandra - Italy

    The Danish Girl: it’s a beautiful film, one of my favourites. It tells the real story of Lili Elbe and the difficult path that Lili had to go through to be what she feels she is.

    The picture of Dorian Gray: like the first film I recommended, this is based on a beautiful book. I feel like recommending this film because it has to do with emotions just like The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

    The Theory of Everything: I love science and also the figure of Stephen Hawking. This film is about his life and his strength. “As long as there is life, there is hope”. This quote he said in public can sum up his great courage.

    Movies you should watch-Federica, Italy

    -Alice in Wonderland
    This is my favourite film EVER. It is based on the famous Carrol's classic novel and it shows a renewed version of Alice's adventures. The movie is full of emotions, special effects and some of the greatest actors of our time star in it.
    -Race: the colour of victory
    This film tells the real story of Jessy Owens, a famous black American athlete who had to compete in the Olympics during Nazism. It is really interesting, even though a little heartbreaking, especially if you are a fan of athletics like me.
    -Dirty Dancing
    This is a entertaining, light romantic movie everyone should watch once in a lifetime. It spreads joy and hope, and it is set in the 80's, which makes it all so special. The songs are amazing, too! However, I recommend it mostly for girls.

    Three anime you MUST watch (even if you don't like anime) - part 1 - Gioele, Italy

    Not everyone loves anime, many people think that they are childish things. If you think so, watch these anime and I can bet you will change your mind.

    ATTACK ON TITAN: The humankind is enclosed within three walls. Out of here live the titan. One day a breach in the walls is opened. During this adventure Eren, Mikasa and Armin will become soldiers with the task of defending humankind, in a story full of twists.

    Three anime you MUST watch (even if you don't like anime) - part 2 - Gioele, Italy

    DEATH NOTE: It's mainstream. Everybody knows the plot. A model student finds the Death Note. He wants to use it to make the world a better place, attracting the attention of a famous detective.

    THE PROMISED NEVERLAND: Life flows happily in the orphanage for Emma, Norman and Ray, but something is wrong. For example following adoption, children never write letters to their friends. So Emma, Norman and Ray come up with a plan to save themselves and all their friends.

    (If you are curious all these series are available on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Enjoy them!)

    My favourite movies- Elisabetta, Italy

    -BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S: it's an old and beautiful film. It's a love story and I really love it because the main character is played by my favourite actress: Audrey Hepburn.
    -THE PRESTIGE: It's a Christopher Nolan's film, a director that I really like. This film is fantastic, from the beginning till the end!! I enjoyed so much the plot: awesome!
    -INCEPTION: it's another Christopher Nolan's film. It's a thriller and a science fiction, also a dramatic and action film. I really liked the plot even though sci-fi isn't my favourite kind of film. The main character is played by Leonardo DiCaprio; I love him, he's a really good actor.
    -NO ESCAPE: the main character is played by Owen Wilson. I watched it many years ago but I still remember it. It's a thriller and a dramatic, anxious and action film: it caught my attention so much!

    My favourite films - Milena , Italy

    LA LA LAND is my favourite film ever.It is a musical and it won many Oscars and Golden Globes. It tells about a jazz musician and an aspiring actress,who fall in love. She doesn't belive much in herself, and after lots failures,she thinks to stop,but thanks to him,who belives in her and in her talent,she can : but the things start changing when both begin to be successfull... so,if I were you,I would watch it :)
    Another film,that you should watch,is A STAR IS BORN,a recent romantic and drammatic story. It tells about a young girl who wants to become a pop singer,and the love upsets her life,but it also allowes her to make her dream come true.
    If you like films about the history,but no too hard and "boring", you should watch REMEMBER ME,that tells about the Twin Towers and the pain for the loss of loved people.

    Chiara Maritano - Italy

    I think "The Chronicles of Narnia" is a beautiful movie.
    It’s the story of four brothers who moved to the home of an English professor to escape the war. Meanwhile this broters are playing hide and seek, the younger sister, hiding in a closet and finds a secret passage for completely snowy world called Narnia. Here, she with her brothers and a lion called Aslan, will have to fight an evil queen, who holds the entire kingdom of Narnia under a spell.

    Movies you should watch-Chiara Giraudo (Italy)

    -"Hidden Figures" (Il diritto di contare): this film was directed by Theodore Melfi in 2016 and it's dram/historical film. It's talk about three black women who work as mathematicians for NASA and they have every day to fight both as women and as black. The film talk about their story and how they participated in the enterprise of sending a man to the moon. I really like this film because it's a beautiful story with an important meaning.
    -"Interstellar" :This film is directed by Christopher Nolan in 2014 and it's a science fiction film. In an unspecified future an environmental problem affects the Earth preventing the agricolture. And so a group of scientists decide to explore the space for search new habitable planets. It's one of my favourite films and I would recommend it because it's a film with a lot of special effects and the setting is amazing.

    Nerea Rubio - Laviana , Spain

    The title of the film is Abduction .
    Is a thriller, action and love movie , 2011.
    Since using reason, Nathan has had the uncomfortable feeling of living someone else's life. One day he saw a photo of when he was little on a website of missing children, just as he starts putting all the pieces together to discover his true identity he encounters a group of assassins and is forced to flee with the only person he trusts, his neighbor Karen.
    It's a very interesting movie and it hooks you easily from the beginning.
    I think everyone should see it because it's very entertaining

    Andrea Martinez - Spain

    Is a drama and romance movie from 2019.
    Tessa Young has just arrived at university, and her life takes a turn looking when she meets Hardin Scott, whose past is somewhat dark. Although at first they hate each other, these opposite poles will unite and nothing will ever be like before.
    It's a goos movie.

They bond over their discussions about love and life.
    It´s my favorite movie. I love the management and the interpretation of the actors.

    Hazel, a 16-year-old girl, and Gus, an 18-year-old boy, both have cancer. Hazel has thyroid cancer that then reaches her lungs and Gus loses his leg because of his cancer.They're in a support group and end up being friends. They decide to read each other's favorite book. Gus contacts the author and they go to see him with Hazel's mother in Amsterdam, through a foundation for young people with cancer who pay him the journey to fulfill his dream. Hazel has a relapse before she leaves, but gets permission to travel. There Gus tells Hazel that he's in love with her. However, the author was not as Hazel thought.Ends up being a tragic end.

    THE FAULT IN OUR STARS
    Romantic drama,2014
    It's a very exciting film because of its unexpected ending. It's not classic and you see that not everything is going well in romantic movies. I like it a lot, and I saw her more than once, as I never get tired.
    I recommend it to people who like these kinds of movies, both adults and young people.

    Saw (1) - Erika (Laviana)

    Saw is a film saga whose first screen appearance was in 2004, focused on horror, suspense, gore and puzzle. A guy named Adam wakes up chained to a rusty tube inside an underground chamber. Beside him is another person in chains, Dr. Lawrence Gordon. Among them is a dead man. Neither of them knows why he is there, but they have a cassette with instructions for Dr. Gordon to kill Adam within eight hours. Recalling a murder investigation carried out by a detective named Tapp, Gordon discovers that he and Adam are victims of a psychopath known as Jigsaw. They only have a few hours to untangle the complicated puzzle they are immersed in and be able to get out.

    Saw (2) - Erika (Laviana)

    I saw this film so many years ago, when I was 9/10 and I always liked it so much. I´ve never been afraid of this films and nowdays I enjoy them so much! What I was most passionate about was the story, how when you are about to discover the secret everything takes a turn and changes completely. If you are a fond of horror, I absolutely recommend you this saga!

    Expediente Warren - Gabriel (Laviana)

    The Conjuring (also known as The Warren Files, entitled Expediente Warren: The Conjuring) is a 2013 American horror film directed by James Wan and starring Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson in the role of parapsychologists Lorraine and Ed Warren. A family is frightened by some evil forces of spirits that previously lived in their house, so they come to seek the help of the Warrens, who accept it gladly. Will the Warrens be able to get the spirits out of the house? In my opinion, it's one of the best horror films I've seen, because it has a lot of action, suspense and many surprise scenes. What makes it striking to me is that it is not as predictable as other horror films and has spontaneous moments. If I had to give it a score it would be 9/10. I recommend it.

    Vanessa Cuetos- Laviana (Spain)

    Girl on the Train is a 2016 American thriller and drama film directed by Tate Taylor and based on the novel by Paula Hawkins. The protagonist is Emily Blunt, The plot is about Rachel, a mature woman who lost her marriage, her home and her job due to her problems with alcohol. She shares an apartment with her friend Cathy, and spends her days traveling on a train; Every morning, while traveling, she fantasizes about the life of an apparently perfect couple: they are the neighbors of Tom, her ex-husband. However, one morning she witnesses, from the train window, a shocking event, and is involved in the mystery that is revealed.

    Carlota, Laviana

    My favourite film is "The kissing booth", a romantic film about teenagers of 2018. When Elle Evans, a pretty, late-bloomer who's never-been-kissed, decides to run a kissing booth at her high school's Spring Carnival, she unexpectedly finds herself locking lips with her secret crush- the ultimate bad boy, Noah Flynn. Sparks fly, but there's one little problem: Noah just happens to be the brother of her best friend, Lee, and is absolutely off limits according to the rules of their friendship pact. Elle's life is turned upside down when she realizes that she must ultimately make a choice: follow the rules or follow her heart. In my opinion was an awesome film and very interesting, if you like love story, I recommend you a lot.

    After is a romantic film that explain the life of a teenager, Tessa Young.
    Tessa goes to university and she meets a very beautiful boy, Hardin Scoot.
    They have a relation.
    I love that film and I can see that a hundred times. I think i is incredible.
    I recommend it so much.

    Elena-Spain

    The impossible: i recommend this film because I saw it and I liked it very much. The film is about a family who is on holiday in the Southeast Asia Coast, and they survive to a tsunami. After the tsunami, they have lost each other, and during the film, they are trying to find their family all the time. This film is one of my favorites because is based on a real history and I think that is amazing that they have survived to this catastrophe, so I recommend to see it.

    Movies you should watch- Miguel Laviana

    Mi favorite movie is The Irishman and I recommend it to everyone
    Frank Sheeran is a Word Ward II veteran. One day a hitman reminds him of his involvement in the murder of Jimmy Hoffa. One of the country's greatest unsolved mysteries: the disappearance of unionist Jimmy Hoffa. A great journey through the world of organized crime: its internal mechanisms, rivalries and its connection to politics.
    I love the cast of this movie because Robert de Niro appears, and he is one of my favorite actors, he plays Frank Shereen, the protagonist

    Sofia Rossi, Italy- movies I recommend

    Back to the future (1985): That's actually a trilogy but my favourite one is with no doubt the first, where the main character Marty McFly go in the past by accident using a time travel machine created by Emmett "Doc" Brown, who was killed that same night.
    In the past Marty saves is own father from being hit by a car, afterwards he finds out that by doing this he prevented his parents from meeting.
    Now Marty's not only stuck in the past but he also needs to make sure his parents meet; helped by past's Doc he'll experience an exciting adventure to come back to the future.
    Even Though it is not a very recent film I highly recommend it and if you like you should see the other film's into this trilogy as well, it's a good way to spend an evening night with your family and friends!

    Film I recommend - Francesca Gozzelino

    DEAD POETS SOCIETY is a film directed by Peter Weir in 1989, starring Robbie Williams. The plot takes place in a very conservative college in New England, where a friendly teacher, professor Keating , nonconformist and open to change, encourages the pupils of his class to find out their own personalities in study and life, to follow their dreams, to act and think independently and not by following their relatives and grandparents' expectations. Essentially, professor Keating incites his pupils to change the world through the power of words. All his pupils will never forget him and will always remember the professor and his lessons.
    I personally liked this movie and I want to recommend it to all those who want to "live", see, and listen to a real life story, which can make them think and help them grow.

    TITANIC because the film is very funny and full of emotions.
    the film talks about a young man from high society who abandons his arrogant suitor for a humble artist in the translantic that sank during his maiden voyage

It is a film that deals with equality and discrimination against blacks put up by the Americans and the former Nazis of Hitler. He will have to leave his family in his hometown of Oakville, Alabama, in the USA. The protagonist of the film is a phenomenon in athletics. He really won 4 gold medals with the USA.

    My favorite movie is Captain America: The First Avenger is a 2011 American superhero movie. Steven Rogers grew up as a frail young man in a poor family. Horrified by the Nazis in Europe, Rogers prepared to enter the army, but because of his frailty and illness, he was rejected. General Chester Phillips offered Rogers the opportunity to participate in a Project Rebirth experiment. After weeks of testing, Rogers received the Super Soldier Serum. After the treatment she had a perfect and fit body. Rogers participated in an intensive program of physical and tactical training. Three months later, he was given his first mission as Captain America.
     He was armed with an indestructible shield and began his war against evil.
    I love this movie because it has some amazing scenes
    I recommend that you watch this movie because it is very entertaining since it has a lot of action.

    My favorite movie is Fast and Furious Tokyo dirft.
    It is an American film, directed by Justin Lin and starring Lucas Black, Bow Wow, Sung Kang, Nathalie Kelley and Brian Tee. It is the third film in the The Fast and the Furious saga.

    The film is attributed to being a spin-off of the franchise, a derivation of the plot of the saga, since chronologically this film is located at the beginning of the seventh film Furious 7 (2015).

    My favourite movie-Amin Cherif (Melilla-Spain)

    My favorite movie is Pirates of the Caribbean, this is a 2017 American action movie, directed by Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg. It was produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. The cast of the film includes Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow, Geoffrey Rush as Captain Barbossa, Kevin McNally as Joshamee Gibbs, Javier Bardem as Captain Salazar, Brenton Thwaites as Henry Turner, Kaya Scodelario asCarina Smyth, and Orlando Bloom returning in the role of Will Turner, and Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Swann.

    In the movie Captain Salazar commands an army of ghost pirates with which he intends to exterminate all living pirates on Earth, but Jack Sparrow opposes him and searches for the Trident of Poseidon, a magical item that allows whoeverhe has control of the seas, the only hope to stop Salazar.

    In my opinion, this movie has been one of the best I've seen and I highly recommend it.

    Sabir Benaribi (Melilla,Spain)

    This Greek tale known as 300, is for me one of the jewels of my collection as much for plot as for objective and characters and I will never get tired of seeing it again or again .
    History places us in 480 BC, the Persian king Xerxes sends his massive army to conquer Greece. The Greek city of Sparta houses its finest warriors, and 300 of these soldiers are chosen to meet the Persians at Thermopylae, engaging the soldiers in a narrow canyon where they cannot take full advantage of their numbers. The battle is a suicide mission, meant to buy time for the rest of the Greek forces to prepare for the invasion. However, that doesn't stop the Spartans from throwing their hearts into the fray, determined to take as many Persians as possible with them.

    NUHAILA HAMMOUDI BEGRAOUI 4ºA (Melilla, Spain)

    I recommend this movie as it is one of my childhood favorites. It is action and it is a magical board game. When the protagonists start playing, animals and beings come out of it.

    My favoritos movie/ Jadiya Abibou/Spain

    The Chronicles of Narnia is a fantasy film series by Walt Disney Pictures, Walden Media and also 20th Century Fox based on the series of eponymous novels written by C.S. Lewis. Currently constant three films of a planned heptalogy: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005), Prince Caspian (2008) and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (2010).

    KAMAL HAMED OUATAT(melilla,spain)

    FAST & FURIOUS 5:It is one of the best movies I have seen, because throughout the movie there are scenes that make you reflect and this movie I recommend to car lovers and also to non-car lovers, I assure you that if you see it you will not regret it.
    Fast & Furious has a saga of 10 movies and of all the saga I liked Fast & Furious 5 the most.

    Its about a grupo of 6 persons with a good training and the purpose of everything is to earn money .
    When I see this film i love it i like a lot the action and this film have a lot of them i reccomend to people that like action too is an Amazing film

    I would recommend a movie but I have weird tastes
    So I'm going to recommend a series of Japanese drawings (Anime)
    It's called Firy Tail and it's about a world where there is magic, magicians, fantastic creatures ...

    The protagonists are Lucy Heartfilia, Natsu Dragneel, Gray Fullbuster, Erza Scarlet ... The moan itself, But my favorite character is Macarov the master of the guild called Fairy Tail the same guild we were talking about right now.
    these characters do not have an objective in themselves
    really what they are looking for is to live new and interesting adventures

    Musa Mohamed Ali- SHAZAM

    If you haven't seen it, it's a movie I highly recommend watching. It's a humorous film that as you can see goes about heroes and has parts of action. I can't tell you a lot of details because I'd spoiler you, so cheer up and sell it.
