  • Sleep is as important to our health as drinking, eating and breathing. It allows our bodies to be repaired and our brains to consolidate our memories and process information.

     

    In this section we will analyze how sleep can be affected by inappropriate work shifts and schedules.

    Stress at work is caused by situations in which the worker is overwhelmed.
    You have to know it and prevent it.
