Menu for a Friendly Anniversary

  • LEt's Create an INTERNATIONAL MENU to celebrate our friendship on e-Twinning and through our project's 1 year anniversary!

    Each country partner will suggest one or two traditional dishes for each course: 

    - Starters

    - Main courses

    -Desserts

    And then we will vote and select the items for our International Anniversary Menu!

    Salade landaise with 'foie gras'- green salad with asparagus, corn, tomatoes, local duck delicatessen meat and 'foie gras'

    Eclairs et Religieuses - puff pastry filled with coffee or chocolate cream

    French Main course

    Raclette - different sorts of ham and delicatessen meat, served with boiled potatoes and melted cheese

    Puff pastry baskets with wild mushrooms and bacon

    All sorts of meat fried on a raclette with salad, warm creamy potatoes and potato chips.

    A very sweet almond cake for dessert.
