Plans for dissemination and use of project results.

  • uThe main target group of our dissemination is the target group of the project. They are 300 boys and girls aged 12-13, 30% of whom are struggling with overweight problems and 70% of whom have a sedentary lifestyle. In order to measure the impact of the project and the attainment of objectives, we have to ensure that all project activities and results reach them systematically. One third of them will be directly involved in the exchanges, therefore will experience the project activities first-hand. The other two thirds will be informed through:
u-  Erasmus+ corners set up in the school – which record the main events, activities and results and are updated after each main event
u-  post-exchange workshops and presentations held by participants, in which they learn about the contents of the LTTAs and perform similar activities
u-  PE teachers use the dynamic activities presented during the LTTAs at least once a week with every class of sts
u-  once a year, we will organize the Healthy Food Festival in which we promote healthy eating and encourage students and their parents to propose healthy recipes
u-  the project newsletters, posted on eTwinning, on the website, and also printed and shared with sts and Ts from the schools
u-  meetings at the end of each project year with students and parents in which we present the comparative results of participants before and after the exchanges
u-  the brochure for students shared at the end of the project
uA 2nd TG is that of parents, as we want to produce changes in their behavior, too. We will organize meetings with them at the beginning of the project (to inform them about the projects and its objectives). We will distribute the brochure to them at the end of the project. We will also invite them to participate in the annual Healthy Food Festival.
uThirdly, we will share the project activities and results with Ts in teachers’ meetings, in school board meetings and in project management meetings after each exchange. PE teachers and Biology teachers will also organize department meetings in which they demonstrate the activities they participated in during exchanges.
uIn our communities, the project activities and results will be disseminated to other schools (in teachers’ meetings), through the brochure for schools, to local authorities (educational boards), members of the local community through informal discussions, articles in local newspapers, visibility materials placed on the school premises.
uIn order to reach a wider audience, we will use eTwinning, project website updates and school websites to share the information. At the end of the project all the materials we produce will be accessible, so that everyone can use the materials and other information free. EPRP will contain all results, which will be accessed by school staff interested in the topic or Erasmus+ projects.
